Sponsor is offering a prize to one or more randomly drawn individuals who enter during the entry period. Winners will be notified by Sponsor within five (5) business days of the drawing. Prize(s) will be fulfilled by Sponsor, and if you are a winner, Sponsor will ask you in a separate email to provide the shipping address to fulfill your prize. A prize is typically shipped within two to three weeks of the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway:

• Persons who were employees of Sponsor or its related organizations (including Bad Idea Company LTD.) at any time during the eight (8) months prior to the start of the Giveaway ("Former Employees”).

• Immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as the Employee or Former Employee.

• Other persons described in the entry instructions for this Giveaway.

PRIZE

The prize description and retail value are as described on the online entry form for this Giveaway. The prize is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. The winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by the Sponsor.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. The Sponsor will randomly draw the names of the winners and backup names. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail. If Bad Idea Company LTD. is unable to reach a winner within one (1) week, the unawarded prize will go to the first available backup thereof until the prize is awarded. If you are a winner, Sponsor will contact you through the email address you provided to request the shipping address to fulfill your prize. A prize is typically shipped within two to three weeks of the drawing.
